Once a participant is approved for SOURCE or CCSP, the next question is “who’s actually providing the care, and how do they get paid?” Joy Bridge Care fills the FMS / Fiscal Intermediary role: we administer payroll, tax withholding, Workers’ Comp coverage, timesheets, and DCH compliance for the caregivers the participant chooses. Your case manager keeps coordinating the care plan — we keep the back office out of your kitchen table.
